Abstract：Modernization construction makes new demands of ecological environment.Standing on the world in future, the city must be having a good ecology index.Though inquiring into the concept of the ecological city, the paper analyses the restrict factors and puts forward specific countermeasures of Ningbo becoming into ecological city.
